1. Services Agreement
By engaging SECURE STORAGE & TOWING LLC for logistics, forwarding, or warehouse services, you're agreeing to the parameters outlined in this document. We don't just move boxes; we manage complex transit lifecycles. Our team ensures that every cargo unit is tracked, yet we require clients to provide accurate declarations of value and content nature to maintain safety protocols.
2. Freight & Transit Liability
Who is responsible during the "last mile"? At SECURE STORAGE & TOWING LLC, liability is governed by standard industry conventions. We maintain comprehensive carrier insurance, but we strongly recommend that customers secure secondary transit insurance for high-value forwarding. We aren't liable for delays caused by weather, customs inspections, or infrastructure failures outside our direct control.
3. Storage & Warehousing Policies
Security is our baseline. Our warehouses for freight transportation utilize 24/7 monitoring systems. However, clients must abide by our prohibited items list—no hazardous materials without prior written authorization. Billing cycles for storage are calculated on a monthly basis, and we reserve the right to a carrier's lien on goods in the event of non-payment.
Notice: All quotations are subject to space availability and current fuel surcharges.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Logistics requires precision. If you've booked a delivery and need to cancel, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Why? Because we've already allocated assets and manpower to your transit route. Late cancellations will incur a 15% administrative fee to cover these sunk costs.
